Email Engagement Plan Examples?

    In 2022, we began an engagement plan in Salesforce/Pardot for our members to receive special "members-only" emails throughout the year. They are spaced out so they receive 5 per year, and members also get other list emails about programs, exhibits, events, etc. This year, we want to revamp the emails a bit so that members are not receiving just copies of the same emails every year. Does anyone else send special emails to their members, and if so, would be willing to share some of the themes of those emails? Thanks in advance! 

    Below are the email subjects/themes from 2023-early 2024:

    1) Welcome email to let them know their packet is in the mail and reminds them of benefits. This year we are going to try to add a digital version of their membership card into this email. 

    2) Zero Dollar Support- how they can continue to support us with no extra costs (following us on social media, taking a brief membership survey, forwarding our emails about events, becoming a volunteer, etc.)

    3) "What your Membership Means" highlights our mission and how members help support it

    4) Hands-on benefits to remind members of their discount on classes and workshops throughout the year

    5) Reminder of their benefits and encouragement to check website for upcoming events
